Beginning with James Twogood in the Grave Creek area the book contains a text description of nine northern Josephine county Oregon communities and the Pioneer families who settled the regions. The book contains hundreds of photographs of the people and communities. Many of the families who settled the regions were from Douglas county, Oregon.
